Attorney Travis Armbrust of Sheldon, IA; ethical dwarf

The state of Iowa presented Travis Armbrust with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Travis guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Ignored all of client’s communications even after being reminded of that obligations by the Court in an order
• Failed to abide client’s decisions concerning the objectives of representation
• Failed to consult with his clients as to the means by which client objectives were to be pursued

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Jake by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Travis practices his so-called brand of law with TVA Law PLLC in Sheldon, Iowa.
