Attorney Matthew Parks of Klamath Falls, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Matthew T. Parks with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Matty guilty of engaging in the following misconduc

• Made false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect,Matty fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.parksand ratliff.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Matty practices his so-called brand of law with Parks & Ratliff PC at 620 Main Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
