Attorney Darren Haley of Greenville, SC; lying slacker

The state of South Carolina presented Darren Scott Haley with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Darren guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Made a falst statement of fact to a tribunal
• Failed to properly consult with his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Darren by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Darrewn practices his so-called brand of law with the Haley Law Firm at 1007 Pendleton Street in Greenville, South Carolina.
