Attorney Theodore Doran of Daytona Beach, FL; bullying loser

The State of Florida provided Theodore R. Doran with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Teddy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was representing a wife in contentious dissolution of marriage case where the husband filed a joint tax return, allegedly with his estranged wife’s oral consent, which the wife strenuously denied as being true.

• Threatened to initiate a fraud investigation with the IRS and/or pursue criminal charges to obtain an advantage for the wife in the divorce case if the husband did not sign the partial settlement agreement proposed by Doran, without alteration
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on ability to practice
• Violated his oath of admission to the State Bar

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Pete gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and was assessed investigative costs of $1,250.00.   

And lastly, as one would suspect, Teddy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.doranlaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.  

As we speak, (ca. January 2024), Teddy practices his so-called brand of law with Doran Sims Wolfe & Yoon at 1020 West International Speedway Blvd in Daytona Beach, Florida.
