Attorney John Hayes of Tulsa, OK; convicted batterer

The state of Oklahoma provided John McPherson Hayes with a law license in 2016 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Johnny initially charged with one felony count of assault with a dangerous weapon for allegedly hitting a man with his car
  • Subsequently criminal charges were reduced to a misdemeanor
  • Johnny pled guilty to assault and battery
  • Johnny sentenced to a complimentary suspended ninety days in jail

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $527.85.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law at 1601 Victor Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
