Attorney Edward Rosado of Tampa, FL; slacker, loser

The state of Florida provided Edward Serrano with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to action on a client’s behalf in a personal injury matter
• Eddie’s actions led to the expiration of the statute of limitations for his client’s claims

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $1,308.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Eddie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.excaliburlawpa.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from his prospective clients so that it would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Eddie practices his so-called brand of law with Excalibur Law PA in Tampa, Florida.
