Attorney Sergio A. White of Chino, CA; ethical dwarf

 
The state of California provided Sergio Albert White with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.
 
The California Bar Court found Sergio guilty of the following misconduct. 
  1. Created a misleading (false) advertisement in a Spanish-language newspaper
  2. Failed to appear at a court scheduled hearing
  3. Sanctioned $900 by court for failing to appear at hearing
  4. Failed to render appropriate accounting to third party for whom he was a fiduciary
  5. Failed to provide opposing counsel with accounting of funds on three occasions
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Sergio by gifting him with a stayed suspension of his law license. In truth, the comics sitting on the Bar Court didn’t mete out any real punishment to Sergio.
