Attorney Terrence McGannon of Colorado Springs, CO; convicted druggie

The state of Colorado provided Terrence Thomas McGannon with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Terry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of possession of methamphetamine, a class 4 felony
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Violated the criminal laws of the State of Colorado
• Failed to report the convictions to the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel as required

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Terry practices his so-called brand of law at 2656 Thrush Grove in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
