Attorney Jonathan Zisser of Jacksonville, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida presented Jonathan Clement Zisser with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the Vermont School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Johnny was hired to represent a client in a divorce proceeding and in a criminal domestic batter case as her victim advocate
• During the representation, Johnny began a sexual relationship with the client
• The client’s husband exposed the relationship between the two, and Johnny ended his representation of the client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with Zisser Family Law at 302 3^rd Street in Jacksonville, Florida.
