Judge James Fisher of Leesburg, VA; bullying loser
The state of Virginia presented James P. Fisher John F. Richardson with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law located in Columbus, Ohio.
FYI: Capitol University School of Law is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.
It should be noted that the Virginia General Assembly was duped into appointing Jimmy to an eight-year term as a Loudoun County Circuit Court Judge in January 2019. Jimmy didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Leesburg area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.
The Judiciary Commission of Louisiana found Charlene guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. Complaints about Jimmy’s conduct have been filed with the enablers for Judicial Misfits, the Virginia Judicial Inquiries and Review Commission. There’s been no indication that any action will be taken against Jimmy for his conduct by this group of Misfit Apologists.
As we speak (ca. August 2023), Jimmy continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Loudoun County Circuit Court Judge in Leesburg, Virginia. |
