Attorney Luis Ernesto Basagoitia of Orlando, FL; moronic loser

The state of Florida presented Luis Ernesto Basagoitia with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Louie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file notice of appearance for client in divorce action
• Made disparaging statements during disciplinary proceeding (Up yours, said Louie!)
• Louie’s failure to file notice of appearance caused him to not be served with orders issued by the court
• Failed to provide his client with competent representation (moron)
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Made several inappropriate and disparaging remarks about his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Louie practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Office of Luis Basagoitia P.A. at 1320 North Semoran Blvd in Orlando, Florida.
