The state of California presented Jeffrey Alan Zuidema with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from California Western University School Of Law.

The State Bar Court found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Beginning June 29, 2016 through October 16, 2018, Jeff improperly used $9,348.00 of client funds to defray personal expenses
• Beginning October 7, 2019 through May 13, 2021, Jeff improperly used $73,037.00 of client funds to defray personal expenses
• Beginning June 29, 2016 through October 16, 2018, Jeff improperly used $9,348.00 of client funds to defray personal expenses
• Beginning June 27, 2017 through September 17, 2018, Jeff improperly used $5,826.00 of client funds to defray personal expenses
• Beginning November 14, 2017 through May 27, 2018, Jeff improperly used $51,661.00 of client funds to defray personal expenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $17,670.00.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Jeff practices his so-called brand of law at 1094 0 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
