Attorney Vincent Dugan of Columbus, OH repeat offender

The state of Ohio presented Vincent A. Dugan Jr. with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Vinny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Vinny’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to comply with mandatory CLE (Continuing Legal Education) requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Vinny by gifting him with a complimentary 20-day suspension of his law license and imposed a fine of $150.00.

Vinny’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Solicited and/or engaged in sexual activity with a client
• Client-lawyer relationship between Jillian and Vinny broke down because Jillian did not believe that Vinny was zealously advocating for her interests since she had not reciprocated his attempts at a sexual relationship

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Vinny by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.
