Attorney Jiulio Margalli of Key West, FL; moronic slacker

The state of Florida presented Jiulio Margalli with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Cathy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to opposing counsel and the court
• Failed to appear at two hearings on client’s behalf relating to opposing counsel motions for default judgment
• Failed to return client file to client upon termination
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Failed to act fairly in dealing with opposing counsel
• Was untruthful in statements made to others
• Improperly communicated with a person he knew was represented by counsel
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to respond to hundreds of calls, messages, and texts from his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jiulio by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Jiulio will resume his so-called practice of law with The Margalli Law Office PA at 1306 Virginia Street in Key West Florida, Florida in early 2024 if not earlier.
