Attorney John O’Donnell of Belleville, NJ; ethical elf 

The state of New Jersey presented John O’Donnell with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Western New England University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly deliver funds to a third party
• Failed to comply with the recordkeeping requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.       

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Tommy practices his so-called brand of law in Belleville, New Jersey.
