Attorney Rafael Amezaga Jr. of Santa Barbara, CA; repeat drunken convict

The state of California presented Rafael Mazo Amezaga Jr. with a law license in 1998after he graduated from the Santa Barbara College of Law.

The State Bar found Rafael guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DU)
• Convicted of driving while having a 0.08% or Higher Blood Alcohol] with enhancements of having a
• blood alcohol content of 0.15% or higher
• Rafael had a prior DUI conviction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and was assessed $3,857.00 in investigative costs.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Rafael fails to disclose the misconduct aforementioned on his self-serving website at www.amezagalaw.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit her future victim pool.
