Attorney Ari Goldstein of Vancouver, WA; slacker, loser

The State of Washington presented Ari Rothman Goldstein with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Ari guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to deposit advance fees into a trust account
• Failed to appear at the case scheduling hearing prior to the court granting Ari’s motion to withdraw in a criminal proceeding
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to ensure the motion to withdraw was promptly filed while the client remained detained
• Failed to reasonably communicate with the client regarding the scope of the representation in three court matters
• Failed to provide the client the requested final financial accounting
• Failed promptly refund unearned fees after the termination of representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Ari by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Ari practices his so-called brand of law in Vancouver, Washington.
