Attorney Sharon Rowsey of Ashland, KY; lying loser

The state of West Virginia presented Randall K. Miller with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from the University of West Virginia School of Law.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Sharon guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Committed perjury during a United States Bankruptcy Court proceeding
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly offered evidence that the lawyer knows to be false
  • Failed to disclose to the tribunal published legal authority in the controlling jurisdiction known to Sharon to be directly averse to the position of the client and not disclosed by opposing counsel
  • Failed take reasonable remedial measures, including, if necessary, disclosure to the tribunal
  • Bankruptcy Court found that Sharon knowingly gave incomplete, misleading, and false testimony on at least two occasions

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Sharon by gifting her with a complimentary 61-day suspension of her law license.

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in Kentucky are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Sharon was never charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Sharon practices her so-called brand of law in Ashland, Kentucky.
