Barrister Rosa Zaffuto of London, UK; bullying loser

The Bar of England and Wales provided Rosa Zaffuto with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law.

The Bar Standards Board found Rosa guilty of engaging in the following misconduct,

• Did not, as required, keep any or any adequate records supporting the fees charged or claimed for the work undertaken
• Behaved in a way which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in her or in the profession
• Failed to respond to a letter from Statutory Law Limited, as instructed (Up yours, said Rosa!)
• Failed to respond to communications from her client
• Failed to provide her client with such records or details of the work she had done as may be reasonably be required for the purposes of verifying her fee

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Jackie by gifting her with a complimentary fine of £5000 assessed disciplinary costs of £3,570.00.
