Attorney Arlene Lee of Chestertown, MD; ignoramus, slacker

The state of Maryland presented Arlene Frances Lee with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from George Washington University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Lynne guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Submitted several out-of-date immigration forms on her client’s behalf
• Mistakenly submitted corrected forms after her client’s U-Visa expired
• Failed to make sure her client’s petition was filed before the deadline, resulting in the client’s petition being denied

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Lynne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Arlene practices her so-called brand of law at 100 Crestview Court in Chestertown, Maryland.
