Attorney Alexander Talmadge, Jr. of Philadelphia; moronic liar

The state of Pennsylvania presented Alexander Z. Talmadge, Jr. with a law license in 1988.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found William guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  2. Failed to comply with several court orders
  3. Failed to attend scheduled court hearing on client’s behalf
  4. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  5. Monetarily sanctioned by trial court for failing to file required documents on client’s behalf
  6. Client’s case dismissed due to gross negligence
  7. Failed to provide competent legal services to client (moron)
  8. Made false statements to client
  9. Misconduct prejudiced his client
  10. Failed to keep client informed of the status of her case
  11. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  12. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
Alex was hired by Ms. Roseboro in regards to a dispute with a Kia dealer over repairs to her car. After the car broke down a second time, she refused to pay the dealer for the repairs and rented a replacement car. As a consequence of her refusal to pay, the dealer refused to return her car.

Alexander then sent a letter to Kia threatening to file suit within 10 days if they didn’t return the car to Ms. Roseboro. Due to Alex’s outrageous incompetence, he didn’t file a lawsuit against the Kia dealer until 22-months after Ms. Roseboro hired him and after he first threatened Kia with a lawsuit.

Eventually, Ms. Roseboro’s lawsuit was dismissed as a result of Alexander’s misconduct. When she asked Alex how her case was preceding he lied by saying, “I’ve got everything under control.” He knew her case had been dismissed but decided to conceal this fact from his client-victim.

As we speak (ca. June 2012) Alexander practices law with the Talmadge Law Firm at 7149 Ardleigh Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

It should be noted that Ales the Loser doesn’t carry legal malpractice insurance. Who in their right mind would sell this buffoon malpractice insurance? If you live in the Philadelphia area I would strongly urge you to avoid employing this Moron.
