Attorney Ronald Rossi of Charlestown, WV; slacker, loser

The state of West Virginia presented Ronald S. Rossi with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of West Virginia School of Law.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Ronnie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to contact the Lawyer Assistance Program after being directed to do so
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with  his  clients
  • Failed to  return  client  files  in  a  timely  fashion
  • Repeatedly failed
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Ronnie!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Ronnie practices his so-called brand of law in Charleston, West Virginia.
