Attorney Debbe Blumenstein of Dallas, OR; liar, Dumbo 
The state of Oregon provided Debbe J von Blumenstein with a law license in 1997.
The Oregon State Bar found Jeffrey guilty of the following misconduct:
Debbe represented Mr. Weigel in a worker’s compensation claim. Subsequently, Debbe received a Determination Order that made no award of permanent partial disability for Mr. Weigel.
Mr. Weigel asked Debbe to request reconsideration with Workers’ Compensation Division (WCD), which she agreed to do. Debbe claimed that she prepared a letter of reconsideration for Weigel; however, the WCD never received it. Because the alleged letter was never received within the statutory deadline, Mr. Weigel lost his right to seek reconsideration.
Subsequently, Mr. Weigel asked Debbe about the status of his case. Debbe claims that it was at this time that she learned that WCD never received her letter. Debbe then wrote a letter to Mr. Weigel stating that “reconsideration was requested and subsequently it has been determined that the Department will not be reopening your claim for an award of PPD.” Of course Debbe intentionally lied to Mr. Weigel in her letter because WCD never received any letter from her.
The State Bar also ruled that Debbe’s sham letter to Mr. Weigel failed to disclose her potential liability for legal malpractice. Obviously her letter was intended to prevent Mr. Weigel from finding out that Debbe was a loser who likely cost him his WCD claim.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits at the Oregon State Bar punished Debbe by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Debbe practices law at 154 SW Oak Street In Dallas, Oregon.
