Attorney Victor Rivera-Nieves of Henrico, VA; slacker

The State of Virginia provided Victor Rivera-Nieves with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Vic guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly communicate with his clients
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Vic practices his so-called brand of law at 16319 Bent Barrel Road in Montpelier, Virginia.
