Attorney Erica Davis of Kennewick, WA; slacker, loser

The State of Washington presented Erica Nicole Davis with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the University of Washington School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Erica guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Erica by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law at 5601 West Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick, Washington.
