Attorney Eric Teti of Chico, CA; drunken convict

The state of California presented Eric Anthony Teti with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Western State University School of law.

FYI: Western State is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar Court found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI), second offense
• Convicted of Driving While Having a 0.08% or Higher Blood Alcohol
• Sentenced to serve 40 days in the Mono County jail

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $2,853.00.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 678 Vallombrosa Way in Chico, California.
