Attorney Martin Yavorcik of Youngstown, OH; serial felon

The state of Ohio presented Martin Edward Yavorcik with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Case Western University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Marty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Indicated on 37 criminal counts in Cuyahoga County (Cleveland)
  • Charged with tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree
  • Charged with perjury
  • Charged with money laundering, a felony of the third degree
  • Charged with telecommunications crimes
  • Charged with fraud
  • Charged with public official or employee unlawful influence
  • Engaged in a pattern of corrupt activity
  • Charged with bribery, a felony of the third degree
  • Sentenced to 5 years of community service and probation
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Marty by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Marty practices his so-called brand of law at 940 Windham in Youngstown, Ohio.
