Attorney Andrew Shumate of Charleston, WV; moronic loser

The state of West Virginia presented Andrew Ronald Shumate with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of West Virginia School of Law.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly represent clients in federal bankruptcy matters
• Failed to competently represent clients in child abuse and neglect matters for three years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Andy practices his so-called brand of law with the West Virginia Public Defender Services at One Players Club Drive in Charleston, West Virginia.
