Attorney John Lillard III of Annapolis, MD; scamming loser

The state of Maryland presented John Franklin Lillard III with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Filed frivolous (aka, BS) pleadings
  • Litigated a sham class action lawsuit on behalf of himself and a proposed class of other similarly situated Annapolis residents that alleged that the defendant companies overcharged for water and sewer services
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to comply with the orders and Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia Failed to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Filed two frivolous motions for sanctions without any legal basis or justification

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law at 8 Loudon Lane in Annapolis, Maryland
