Attorney Lisa Musial of Cape Coral, FL; imbecilic slacker

The State of Florida provided Lisa A. Musial with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI:  Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Florida State Bar found Lisa guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Maintained two of her client’s credit cards within her office wherein she served as a power of attorney, completed estate planning documents, and acted as co-trustee of a trust on behalf of an elderly client
• Failed to supervise a non-lawyer employee who often served as an intermediary between Lisa and the elderly client
• The non-lawyer employee engaged in theft of the client’s funds from October 2017 through April 2019 utilizing the client’s credit card information
• The non-lawyer employee was sentenced to 16 months in prison followed by 60 months of probation with restitution as a result of her actions

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Lisa by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and was assessed $1,834.25 in investigative costs.   

As we speak, (ca. March 2023), Lisa practices her so-called brand of law with the Musial Law Firm LLC at 923 Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral, Florida.
