Attorney Charles Lazar of Rockville, MD; bigoted loser

The state of Maryland presented Charles Steven Lazar with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the Washington University School of Law. Charlie also received a law license to practice in the District of Columbia in 1978.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly manifested by words or conduct bias or prejudice based upon race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status
• During a telephone conversation with the Assistant State’s Attorney, Charlie suggested the attorney should be called a racially insensitive nickname
• Charlie subsequently repeated the racially insensitive nickname to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Charlie practices his so-called brand of law at 932 Hungerford Drive in Rockville, Maryland.
