Judge Andy Isaacs of Rockdale, TX; moronic scofflaw

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to accord every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding the right to be heard according to law (aka, due process)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (moron)
• Failed to act in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Andy continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3, Rockdale, Milam County,Texas.
