Attorney Elizabeth Egan of Bethesda, MD; ethical troll

The state of Virginia presented Elizabeth Farrar Egan with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Court awarded a $45,000 malpractice claim against Liz
• Threatened criminal prosecution to gain advantage in civil action
  Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or do so through the acts of another
• Committed a criminal or deliberate act adversely reflecting on her fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Kelly by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Liz’s self-serving website at www.rosenberg-assoc.com makes no mention of her misconduct as aforementioned. Apparently, she decided to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Liz practices her so-called brand of law with Rosenberg and Associates LLC at 4340 East West Highway in Bethesda, Maryland.
