The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person
  • Send inappropriate email messages to Ms. Caisman
  • Used abusive language during Ms. Caisman’s deposition
  • Converted (stole) at least $294,550.87 in funds belonging Plain Bay Sales, without authority, to his own use
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Johnny by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of with the Pappas Law Group LLC at 121 West Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois.
