Attorney Laurie Parise of New York City; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Laurie A. Parise with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the Brooklyn School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Laurie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated (stole) funds from a non-profit organization which she personally founded and served as its executive director
• Increased her compensation with non-profit without board approval

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Laurie by gifting her with a complimentary 9-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Laurie practices her so-called brand of law at 286 8^th Avenue in New York, New York.
