Attorney Peter Timewell of Loomis, CA; convicted drunken felon

The state of California presented Peter Wade Timewell with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the Lincoln School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence, speeding, and causing bodily injury, a felony

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
