Attorney Benjamin Perkel of Haddon Township, NJ; cheating loser

The state of New Jersey presented Benjamin Hart Perkel with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Benny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Charged a clearly unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Made a false statement of material fact of law to a third person
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Benny practices his so-called brand of law at 1 Cuthbert Circle in Haddon Township, New Jersey.
