Attorney Susan C. Steves of Bend, OR; repeat offender

 
The state of Oregon provided Susan C. Steves with a law license in 1995.
 
The Oregon State Bar found Susan guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Failed to maintain proper records of client funds
  2. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her (slacker)
  3. Failed to communicate with client
  4. Failed to act diligently in representing client
  5. Misconduct resulted in actual damage being suffered by client (victim)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Russell by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license
 
This wasn’t Susan’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. The State Bar found Susan guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her (slacker)
  2. Failed to maintain proper records of client funds
  3. Failed to promptly pay or deliver funds to client
As a consequence of her 1st bite at the Misfit Tree, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Surpeme Court punished Susan by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Russell practices law at 354 NE Greenwood Avenue in Bend, Oregon.
