Attorney William Stancil of Washington, DC; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia Bar presented William S. Stancil with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mark also received a license to practice in Maryland in 2002.

The DC Bar Counsel found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to advise his client that he would not any longer represent him
• Failed to withdraw from client case when required to so act
• Engaged in conduct that seriously interfered with the administration of justice
• Failed to advise his client that he would not attend a court-scheduled hearing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on DC Bar Counsel punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law at 739 Congress Street SE in Washington, DC.
