Attorney Julio Martinez of Miami Beach, FL; druggie

The state of Florida provided Julio J. Martinez with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Julio guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Arrested for possession of cocaine after a traffic stop
• After completing drug court, the charges were dismissed
• Thereafter Julio tested positive for cocaine several times
• Failed to complete the diversion program
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and was assessed $1,262.15 in investigative costs.

As we speak, (ca. December 2022), Julio practices his so-called brand of law at 6450 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida.
