Judge Inna Klein of Corpus Christi, TX; ethical troll

The state of Texas presented Inna Klein with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the New England School of Law.

In one matter, Fourth Judicial Region Administrative Judge Sid Harle entered an order stating that Judge Klein be recused from two criminal cases due to a conflict between her and the Nueces County District Attorney's Office that she did not disclose to the defendants. Further claims of Inna’s misconduct are as follows.

• Inna failed to disclose that the district attorney’s office reported her to the State Commission on Judicial Conduct in late 2021 following accusations she and others had watched a video feed of jury deliberations during a murder trial
• Inna not only watched jury deliberations, but she allowed members of her staff, defense counsel, and state prosecutors to watch
• Judge Harle’s order came after Inna presided over a hearing on a matter in the criminal cases of Joe Villanueva and Gambino Maldonado
• Inna, who previously presided over those cases, had declined to voluntarily recuse herself, according to court documents

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to tony by enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Inna continues to practice her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a judge for the 214^th District Court in Corpus Christi, Texas.
