Attorney David Harley of Greer, SC; cheating slacker 

The State of South Carolina presented David Harley with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with accounting of earned fees regarding $4,000 deposit
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davie!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to provide an accounting to his client regarding $6,000.00 retainer at any point during the representation
• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to adequately communicate with his clients
• Failed to render accounting claimed fees to client
• Failed to deliver written expert opinion to his clients
• Failed to provide an accounting to his client regarding $5,000.00 retainer at any point during the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Davie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 504 Pennsylvania Avenue in Greer, South Carolina.
