Attorney William Krzton of Monroeville, PA; slacker, loser

The State of Pennsylvania presented William T. Krzton with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failure to acknowledge and address wrongful actions; Character witnesses and no prior discipline mitigate.
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of the matter
• Failed to maintain regular trial balance of individual client trust ledgers
• Failed to assure others in his office complied with attorney professional obligations
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Billy practices his so-called brand of law at 2790 Mosside Blvd in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.
