Attorney Penny Bell of Dunn, NC; deceitful loser

The state of North Carolina presented Penny with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Penny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Falsified evidence
• Made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal (Screw you, said Penny!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Penny by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2022) Penny practices her so-called brand of law at 215 East Divine Street in Dunn, North Carolina.
