Attorney Brian Fellner of Severna Park, MD; ethical troll

The state of Maryland presented Brian Robert Fellner with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Upon plan to resign from his firm to open his own practice and, when no one else was present, removed numerous paper client files from the firm
• Did not have permission of any kind to remove documents from his prior firm
• Failed to inform any of the firm’s client of his departure

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day

And lastly, as one would suspect, Brian fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.flslawyer.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Brain practices his so-called brand of law with Fellner Legal Services LLC at 485 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, Maryland.
