Attorney Marc Spielberg of Barnegat Light, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Marc A. Spielberg with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

Marc’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Marc!)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to comply with attorney recordkeeping requirements
• Failed to promptly deliver to client or third person any funds the client or third person is entitled to receive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Marc’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Marc!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Marc practices his so-called brand of law at 2601 Central Avenue in Barnegat Light, New Jersey.
