Attorney Kevin Sullivan of Murray, UT; multiple convictions

The State of Utah presented Kevin C. Sullivan with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Kevin followed another vehicle too close and was involved in an accident that caused property damage
• Kevin fled the scene of the accident
• In another incident on the same day, Kevin drove the wrong way on an off-ramp and hit another vehicle
• Kevin attempted to get into the other vehicle and drive away
• Kevin’s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit
• Pled guilty to one count of driving under the influence
• Pled guilty to one count of attempted theft
• Pled guilty to accident involving property damage

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 24-month term of probation.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Utah Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kevin.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law with the Western Law Center PLLC at 5268 South Wesley Road in Murray, Utah.
