Former Judge Carmine Cornelio of Tucson, AZ; ethical goblin

The state of Arizona presented Carmine Cornelio with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

FYI: Former Gov. Jane Hill was duped into appointing Carmine as a Pima County Superior Court judge in 2001. Carmine didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Tucson area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

It should be noted that this wasn’t Carmine’s 1^st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. He previously

received one (1) complimentary reprimand and one (1) complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct. This misconduct can be viewed by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article

The Judicial Disciplinary Commission found Carmine guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Carmine!)
• Dismissed two lawsuits in violation of the law
• Failed to submit a thorough response to the Disciplinary Commission
• Failed to provide a party the right to be heard (aka, due process)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Carmine by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Carmine fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.corneliomediation.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Carmine practices his so-called idea of the law and jurisprudence as a purported mediator with Cornelio Mediation in Tucson, Arizona.
