Attorney Robert Serafinowicz of Naugatuck, CT; charged with assaulting elderly

 person

The state of Connecticut provided Robert Serafinowicz with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

FYI: This isn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license. An article dealing with said misconduct can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Bobby charged with third-degree assault on an elderly person
• Bobby also charged with breach of the peace
• It is alleged that Bobby slapped elderly lawyer Edward Gavin of Bridgeport, Connecticut, on the sidewalk outside the Derby, Connecticut, courthouse

All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Bobby to cop a plea to reduce the amount of time he’ll have to spend in prison.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Bobby fails to mention the misconduct set forth above and his prior misconduct on his self-serving website at www.ctcompanydir.com/companies/law-offices-of-rob-serafinowicz-llc/.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Rob Serafinowicz LLC at 590 Middlebury Road in Middlebury, Connecticut.
