Attorney Isaiah Lipsey of Grosse Pointe Park, MI; ethical misfit

The state of Michigan provided Isaiah Lipsey with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Attorney Disciplinary Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #4 found Isaiah guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly held funds other than client or third funds in his IOLTA account
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Improperly deposited his own funds in his IOLTA account in an amount more than reasonably necessary to pay financial service charges or fees
  • Engaged in conduct that is contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good moral

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Isaiah by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension and costs of $1,127.65.

As we speak (ca. September 2022) Isaiah practices with EH Boyle PC at 14950 East Jefferson Avenue in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan.
